The Sea Side Villas project is located in Hersonissos ,Heraklion and consists of two residences. One is situated in the rear part of the plot while the second is positioned at the front talking advantage of the seafront view.The two residences have a constructing relationship .The subterranean house adapts to the landscape, creating a dialogue with it and its only visible facade is a clad in a stone reminiscent of dry stone walls.The elevated residence has a more dynamic presence with a solid base and a foaling volume that includes the building’s attic.The project is characterized by clean lines, with horizontal volumes framing the view of the sea. Large openings towards the view enhance the connection between the interior and exterior spaces.
