Situated atop a majestic cliff overlooking a serene bay, the Cliff Beach Villas epitomize luxury and tranquility. The two villas are strategically positioned to maximize the breathtaking views, providing an unparalleled living experience that harmonizes with the natural surroundings. The design of the villas is both light and airy, emphasizing openness and connectivity with the outdoors.
The architectural design is profoundly influenced by the location of the plot. The villas boast extensive outdoor areas, allowing residents to immerse themselves in the stunning vistas and the refreshing sea breeze. A key design feature is the wrap-around semi-outdoor space, which offers protection from the sun while creating a seamless indoor-outdoor transition. Additionally, the first-floor pergola, adorned with sliding wooden shades, enhances the aesthetic appeal and functionality of the space, offering adjustable shading throughout the day.

The material palette of the Cliff Beach Villas draws inspiration from the 1960s modernist architecture. This era’s influence is evident in the use of white plaster volumes, natural stone, and concrete-like accents, which impart a timeless and sophisticated look to the structures. Wooden elements further enrich the design, adding warmth and texture to the minimalist forms.
The landscape design culminates in an exquisite infinity pool that visually merges with the horizon, creating a dramatic effect. Within the pool, a sunken lounge area provides a unique relaxation spot, allowing residents to unwind while being surrounded by water. An undercover BBQ area is also integrated into the landscape, offering a perfect setting for outdoor gatherings and entertainment.
Interior Design
Inside the villas, the 1960s design influence continues with minimalistic constructions and an eclectic mix of materials. Mirrored cabinets add a touch of glamour, while layered textiles contribute to a cozy and inviting atmosphere. The sculptural fireplace serves as a focal point, blending functionality with artistic expression. Red accents and dark wood elements punctuate the interiors, creating a striking contrast and enhancing the overall aesthetic.
The Cliff Beach Villas are a testament to thoughtful and inspired design, where architecture and nature coexist in perfect harmony. The seamless integration of indoor and outdoor spaces, combined with the timeless materiality and stylish interiors, makes these villas a unique and luxurious retreat that pays homage to the elegance of 1960s modernist architecture.
