Gouves Villas – ” Fractured Serenity ”
”Fractured Serenity ” is a project that originated process of creative fragmentation and subtraction, was transformed into three independent residences.Two of these serve as short – term rental units, while the third functions as a permanent home.The main residence is strategically positioned along the street, acting as a natural privacy buffer and reinforcing a sense of autonomy and seclusion.In the same spirit, the other two residences unfold through the dynamic interplay of water features and greenery ,each forming its own private courtyard.The architectural composition defined by clean lines and natural materials reimagines the site as a network of secluded retreats where privacy calmness, and connection to nature take precedence.
